BackgroundTasksOverloadedThreshold
Gets or sets the number of queued background tasks above which the Redis caching backend is in an overloaded state. The default value is 125. While the backend is in the overloaded state, the RedisCacheDependencyGarbageCollector component stops processing real-time eviction and expiration notifications.
